Chassis Engineering using one of their trademark Eliminator X chassis built the Perma-Coil 98 Firebird. The chassis was constructed with 4130 chromoly tubing and fit with fiberglass 98 Firebird body panels. Val Torres Jr. drives the car for team owner Bob Duncan in NHRA Super Gas and at Southern California Pro Gas Events.
